Walking through its elevated entrance, you come across a calming water feature and a breezy, high-ceiling dining room. With a

seating capacity of 12, you’re assured quality time with your loved ones. The social heart of the villa, though, is its 19-metre

swimming pool, which overlooks a gorgeous white-sand beach. The pool’s waterfall feature is a lovely touch, while the built-in

jacuzzi is perfect for quality relaxation. Make yourself comfortable on one of the 11 poolside sunbeds or the daybed and enjoy a

favourite read.

The main living pavilion benefits from a poolside view. Guaranteeing comfort, it comprises a decor of natural materials, high-

vaulted ceilings and large glass doors for maximum daylight. It’s fully air-conditioned and has ceiling fans. Settle down on the

oversized sofas and watch your favourite shows on the Smart TV. Stay in touch with your life back home by connecting to the

free Wi-Fi.

The kitchen is fully-furnished, with a glossy countertop. It includes a microwave, coffee machine, fridge, freezer, rice cooker,

BBQ, stove top and an oven. Grab the bar stools and enjoy a round of cocktails with friends. Head to the outdoor beach sala

and treat yourself to a dinner with panoramic views of sky and sea.

All 5 bedrooms are beautifully-designed with wooden furnishings and pieces of art. You’re offered views of the manicured

lawns, the pool or the ocean. Each bedroom is kitted with a Smart TV and walk-in wardrobe. All, but one has king-size beds.

The only exception is a ground floor bedroom, which has twin beds that can be converted into king-size. If you’re staying in

either of the two first floor bedrooms, you have the added luxury of a private balcony.
